After passing the whole day in the calles, around museums and stores, we suggest you to go back to the apartment through Riva degli Schiavoni, in order to admire the Venetian Laguna during sunset. Close by you find the direct ferry connection to: St. Mark's Square, Marco Polo Airport, piazzale Roma, Santa Lucia train station. The closest ferry stop is: Arsenale. Curiosity: around 1930 and for more or less 50 years, the building host an ancient "osteria" "alla rivetta" where "ombre" (wine glasses) and "cicchetti" (various appetizers) were served. In more recent years there was a small restaurant where mostly venetians went.
